Shipping policy

At Ember Lasting, we take care in preparing each order with love and attention.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g. pre-orders or custom items). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times (Australia)

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services once your order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup Policy 

We’re pleased to offer local pickup from our Perth home studio.

As Ember Lasting is run from a home studio, pickup is by appointment only so I can make sure I’m there to greet you.

How it works:
• Select Local Pickup at checkout  
• You’ll receive an email once your order is ready  
• Please reply to that email to organise a pickup time  
• You’re welcome to suggest a 1-hour window (e.g. 9–10am), and I’ll confirm if that works  
• The pickup address will be provided once your time is confirmed  

Pickup hours:  
Monday – Wednesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm  
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00am – 6:00pm  
Unavailable: Thursdays & Fridays  

Please note:  
• Pickup is by appointment only  
• Please do not attend without confirming a time via email  
• Address details will be shared once your time is confirmed
