Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind due to the nature of small business operations unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in original condition (where applicable) to be eligible for assessment.
